Condition: Built 1999;  Purchased new. Used only about a dozen times.  Rail transportation of the commodity for which this unit was purchased was discontinued shortly after start-up.

Uses 36 inch stainless steel flat wire belt in a 1/4 inch plate trough operated by a positive sprocket drive with:

> full covers

> attachments at tail to serve three types of

   cars including GATX air slide cars

> dust tight at tail

> flexible spout with a winch, rope, and pulley

   lifting arrangement for loading pneumatic

   cars

> electronic sensor switch

> lighting for night operation

> inspection doors

> gasketed dust collector

   dust collector, two vibrators

> transportable on a 40 ft. flat bed trailer in two

   sections or on a special low boy detachable

   trailer in one complete section.

Carriage: 

> on four wheels capable of 180 degree rotation 

> self-propelled

> capable of 1 60 FPM travel speed over loose

   gravel at 5% grade

> one wheel at each end is powered and

   interlocked

 

Power:

> The unit is totally slef-contained, powered by a

   Hatz diesel engine rated at 45 HP running at

   1800 RPM.

 

Hydraulics:

> The hyraulic system is designed using quality

   components.  The operations of the system are

   controlled by a valve assembly conveniently

   located for operator use.

Dust Collector:

> Unit is dust controlled utilizing a DCE Vokes

   dust collector which is automatically

   energized when the conveyor is turned on

   and is furnished with a power shaker.

Paint:

> All mild steel parts are sandblasted, primed with a vinyl primer, and top coated with a chlorinated rubber paint.  This system provides excellent durability to weathering, acid and alkali fumes, and most chemical spills.
